Focus:

  • Increase High Potentials (HiPos) competencies up to the required level on the following subjects:
    • Career planning and development (linked with the company’s strategic goals)
    • Manager as people developer (career planning & development of subordinates)
  • To create a targeted development program for High Potentials in JTI Kazakhstan

Approach:

  • Initial analysis including self-assessment by participants and assessment by their superiors
  • Modules:
    • Career planning and development
    • Coaching Block 1: 2 Group coaching sessions
    • MaD – Manager as Developer
    • Coaching Block 2: Individual coaching sessions
  • Final analysis

High Potentials of JTI Kazakhstan

Duration:
September 2015 – September 2016

Outcome:

  • Two High Potentials promoted up to the next management level
  • Start de facto implementation of individual career development plans
  • Identification of willingness and unwillingness of high potentials to move up to next management level.
  • Establishment of targeted development program for High Potentials in JTI Kazakhstan
