Focus:
Strategic Positioning & Marketing of the Swedish construction company in Russia.

Approach:
3.5 days of careful preparation of 48 participants, including
– interviews of 2-3 representatives of six teams with 8 participants each,
– training of those who were going to take special roles during the strategic session, such as “timekeeper”, “discussion leader”, “verbalizer”.
– planning of 10 hour structured strategic session with individual, team and inter-team activities.

Structured facilitated strategic Day of 10 hours with six teams .

Participants:
From top managers down to CEO -1, -2, -3 levels.

Duration:
March-April 2013

Outcome:
Same understanding of NCC strategic position and marketing in Russia by all internal Leaders.
Action plan drafted for each of the defined working areas.
