From the beginning of iNTG in Russia, Ludmila was one of the team’s managing partners. She is responsible for networking, marketing, and customer relationships.
She’s also involved in development and implementation of programs and projects. She combines solid academic background with business experience, and knowledge of the Russian market.
Vasanthan works with different teams of iNTG and tells their stories through the iNTG website and on social media.
He embraces both planning and design functions and has a Master degree in International Business Development.
Sibi is one of the core operations personnel for iNTG, supporting the design and delivery of courses and providing expertise in technical functions.
Has a Master of Science in International Business Development. In his free time he also enjoys music.

Ilona provides ongoing support for iNTG in the areas of Human Resources, Talent Management & Learning and Personal and Organisational Development. She has a professional HR CIPD qualification and more than 12 years of working experience in HR/L&D areas.

Being a Co-Founder & Managing Partner at iNTG, Olaf joins forces with clients to develop their teams, people & organizations.
He is interested in ancient history, alternative medicine, embodiment, and different ways of releasing people’s potential for self-development.
Outside of business, Olaf also enjoys handball, ballet and listening to music.

Denis is responsible for the development of Online Eduction at iNTG. In his free time he enjoys playing the guitar and doing active sports.
Yulia helps clients and partners to understand how iNTG can help them, participates in the creation and delivery of training programmes and the customization of iNTG products.
Yulia also leads the ‘Train&Fun’ programs where activities dynamically combine both content and creative inspiration.”
Paul is a creative artist specialising in theatre and live performance. He supports iNTG programs in communication, leadership and creativity. He lives and works in Cambridge where he is a Fellow of The University of Cambridge. He has a Masters Degree in Performance Studies.

Dmitry is actively involved in the creation and delivery of training programs and the customization of iNTG products to the clients’ needs. His interests and expertise are focused on personality and organisational psychology, social innovation, oratorical skills, oriental practices, and poetry perfomances.
Dmitry is a Psychologist, PhD student at School of Psychology, Saint Petersburg State University.
His favoutite quote is ‘Everything gets better in the end. If it’s not better, it’s not quite the end.’
As well as being a Visiting Fellow and Associate at universities in Russia, America and UK, his “full-time” job is as Artistic Director of Menagerie Theatre Company in Cambridge, England. Menagerie is one of the UK’s leading commissioning companies for new plays destined for national and international touring. In the theatre world, Paul has been The Artistic Director at The Frankfurt Playhouse in Germany and New York’s Center Stage, a teacher at Leicester School of Performing Arts, a guest Lecturer at Harvard University and full-time lecturer in Directing at New York University.
He has an MA in Performance Studies and has directed over 70 professional theatre productions worldwide. In the business world, he has been a programme director, consultant trainer and leadership coach for over 100 clients including Sberbank, Bank of China, McLaren Formula One Racing Team, Nissan Cars, Liverpool Football Club, The BBC and Zurich Insurance. He has also created bespoke creative and cultural programmes for many clients including Virgin, Arts Council England, Creative Enterprise UK, The US Government and The Dubai Stock Exchange (DIFC).
Paul is currently Fellow in Creative Engagement at Cambridge University, UK. He is also heading the Faculty Development Programme there, teaching on MBA, teaching postgraduate Entrepreneurship Diploma, as well as executive education programmes focusing on engagement. In addition, Paul is Associate Professor at Skolkovo Moscow Business School and at Stockholm School of Economics, Russia.
In 1986, Olaf graduated from the Leningrad State University and specialized in Social Psychology with a focus on team development.
Afterwards, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Psychology of the Friedrich Schiller University, Jena. His doctoral thesis was about “Team development as forming and changing patterns of relationships and behavior”. Olaf has also undergone a program of professional training courses to become a coach certified by the Association of German Psychologists.
Parallel to this, Olaf became a social-psychological behavior trainer. He also completed the qualification program for a certified BMW Trainer at the International BMW Training Academy.
Olaf has received his unique practical experience mainly from 17 years of working with the BMW Group in Germany, Eastern Europe, Russia and China, which makes him a professional in dealing with different cultural and business contexts.
Throughout 4 years, he permanently stayed in China where he was busy with BMW’s corporate strategy implementation. This was a long-term project on management development within the Chinese BMW dealership network.
Since 2010, Olaf works and teaches mainly in Russia. He focuses on development of teams, people & organizations through different approaches like analysing, consulting, training, coaching and mentoring. In addition to it, he accompanies his clients and facilitates their change processes to make them sustainable.
For the European Union, he acted as the scientific advisor in the long-term CEMES project on assessment and Certification of performance-based Management Competencies.
MBA, PhD Senior Adviser to Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) Associate Professor;
Ludmila graduated from Leningrad State University, Department of Psychology. She has got a PhD in Social Psychology, and worked as associate professor at the department of Social Psychology around 20 years, until 1991.
Working at the university Ludmila studied in communication skill training program in 1982, developed and provided by Professor Manfred Vorwerg (Germany) and she was certified as one of the very first trainers in Russia.
From 1991 to 1996, Ludmila was co-founder and CEO of the company Disegni, a joint venture with an US partner. During these years, she gained valuable practical experience in business, leadership and entrepreneurship. All modern management tools were implemented in this company. As for Russia, it was the first time a Western brand was established on the Russian fashion market. Started from scratch, this company managed to establish a production line and well-developed retail chain of 30 stores across Russia.
In 1997, when the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) had launched its Russian branch in St. Petersburg, Ludmila became a member of the first team management. Until 2007, she held various positions such as CEO and Vice President for external relations. Ludmila initiated the creation of the Russian Association of entrepreneurship education in 2009, and led it until 2012. www.ruaee.ru The Association’s goals are to develop an advanced entrepreneurial education in Russia, exchange experience, and improve the qualification of Russian teachers based on Western best practices.
In 2010, Ludmila presented the Russian experience in entrepreneurship education to the US Association for small business and entrepreneurship on a conference in Nashville. Ludmila’s actively involved in various business and professional networks. She was elected Chairman of the Executive Committee of the St. Petersburg International Business Association (SPIBA) from 2005 to 2011. Also, she was elected CEO of SPIBA for two years, from 2011 to 2013. www.spiba.ru
Ludmila was awarded the honorary title of Most Influential Woman in St. Petersburg (2014) and regarded to be among the Top 100 best managers in North-West Russia (2006) according to the business newspaper Delovoy Petersburg. She is a member of the Expert Committee that conducts the competition “Best Chief of the Year” organized by the magazine Business People.
Nowadays, Ludmila is professional business mentor for startup innovation companies, residents of St. Petersburg business incubators Ingria and ITMO University specializing in strategic marketing and communication.
